Madeleine Case Sorber Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Mary Linda Armacost, in memory of her Mother Madeleine Case Sorber. Madeleine Case Sorber was born in Jeannette, PA in 1908 and died in 1995, having devoted her entire life in Jeannette to teaching and helping others. This scholarship benefits women of color who have attended Jeannette High School.

*Can be full-time or part-time students
*Dual Enrollment students Only
*Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
*First preference will be given to women of color
*Must have attended Jeannette High School
*Preference will be given to residents of Jeannette, PA
*Can be used for books and fees
