John Lynn Trout Memorial Scholarship

John L. Trout, 71, of New Stanton, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. No matter where he was at or what he was doing, John enjoyed spending time with his beloved family and numerous friends. He was loved by all who met him, and his flame will burn eternally. John is survived by his loving, devoted wife and dance partner of 51 years, whom he shared true love and many blessings in life with, Jennifer Regina Trout.

John’s scholarship will be awarded to a non-traditional student enrolled in one of the programs offered at Westmoreland’s Advanced Technology Center. Recipients may use this scholarship to defray the costs of books and fees.
