The Edward Hutchinson Volunteer Firefighter Scholarship
The Westmoreland County Community College Edward Hutchinson Volunteer Firefighter Scholarship is awarded to the men and women of Westmoreland County’s fire departments. Applicants must complete the FAFSA by the application deadline date. All grants and scholarships are applied to tuition first, then the waiver is applied to any remaining tuition.
