Premo Pappafava Scholarship

Premo Pappafava, founder of General Carbide, became a board member of the Educational Foundation in1988. General Carbide sponsored many of our events including the Chefs’ Table and Scholarship Golf Classic. In 2008, Mona Pappafava-Ray, memorialized her father by establishing and endowing the Premo Pappafava Memorial Scholarship.

*Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) results
*Must be a full-time student
*Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
*Must be enrolled in the Culinary Arts program of study
*Can be used for books and fees
