Donated by Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, in support of the Educational Foundation’s Annual Scholarship Golf Classic and Chefs’ Table events.

• Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) results
• Can be full-time or part-time students
• Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
• Scholarship may be used for books and fees
