Karen Rega Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Karen Rega Memorial Endowed Scholarship fund was established by her son, Kenneth Stillwell, to support Westmoreland County residents. Karen Rega was a life-long resident of Westmoreland County. She spent her entire career with the Housing Authority, supporting affordable housing for county residents.

• Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) results
• Can be full-time or part-time students
• Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
• Must be enrolled in a Business program of study
• Must be a actively volunteering within the community
• Preference to Westmoreland County resident
• Scholarship may be used for books and fees
