Jack Wagner Memorial Human Services Scholarship

This memorial scholarship was established to honor Jack Wagner and is dedicated to those who choose a career in the social services.

*Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) results

*Can be full-time or part-time students

*Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0

*Must be enrolled in the Human Services program of study

*Must complete volunteer work or community service

*Must submit an essay describing need or reason for selection

*Scholarship may be used for books and fees
