Paul R. & Anne F. Smiy Family Foundation Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established by the Paul R. & Anne F. Smiy Family Foundation to provide scholarship assistance to Westmoreland students who are residents of Jeannette, Norwin, or Penn Trafford.

*Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) results
*Must be registered as a full-time student
*Must be in good academic standing and have a Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
*Preference will be given to residents of Jeannette, Norwin, or Penn Trafford
*Scholarship may be used for books and fees
